Marketing Coordinator

Overview:

Parks Auction & Realty is seeking a motivated and reliable Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We’re looking for a well-rounded professional who is highly organized, creative, and self-driven, with experience across multiple marketing channels with a strong focus on digital marketing and social media.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time (30-35 hrs per week), primarily Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend availability is expected for auctions. Schedule is flexible and hours may shift based on marketing needs.

• $22-$26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple platforms for real estate and personal property auctions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and branding.

• Create and capture engaging photo, video, and written content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

• Create and modify web pages and respond to content update and correction requests.

• Create branded marketing materials for both the company and individual auctions.

• Set up and manage online bidding platforms, monitoring activity to ensure a smooth and successful auction process.

• Provide support to auctioneers, Realtors and team members as needed.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and branding.

• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

• Work with outside vendors and facilitate media buys.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of digital marketing or social media experience.

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant digital tools.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with creativity and resourcefulness.

• A flexible and positive attitude with the ability to pivot and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal skills.
